Bio-Pom Pom blanc / Lion's mane mushroom

I went to the Bio Company to buy one of my favorite organic mushroom which taste good as a seafoods, lobster in particular.  Oh my !!!!  i have'nt taste as well as this one, i saw very few weighing 200 grams per pack. It's made in Germany.

If you're a kinda vegetarian, Pom Pom mushroom is so nutritious and in traditional chinese medicine, it is considered a medicinal mushroom. The first tiny bite seemed stimulates my nerves and it really tastes like a fresh lobster meat. I learned that it's goes well when you mixed it with any kinds of noodles. I never put any other ingredients except tomato sauce, olives, and onions of course....wow so delicious. Do not forget to put salt and pepper :)

Spring Bunny in The Mall

Every places specially the shopping mall creates an spring bunny decorations, i seldom seen such a funny and well decorated garden in the Mall, we went and visited one of the popular shopping mall, the Linden Center, and we found out the bunny character wearing different costumes, here they are :

King of Orchids

I went to the garden shop, i saw Cymbidium the King of Orchids. The stunning beauty of pot Cymbidium, is a long tall plant, with small long tropical leaves but not all of the features have some, gracefully droop downwards beneath the flowers. There are 8 or more bunches of flowers in a long clusters. The older the plants, the more flower it produce. There are many orchids that grows only through air, but the pot Cymbidium  has only water roots and no air roots. It originates in Southeast Asia. This is an earth orchids, it also grows in the wild where bees, insects, butterflies pollinates the seedling which gives you all different kinds of coloured pot Cymbidium.

This is an expensive plants because it takes 5 years to sow the seeds and mature the plant.

Sanssouci in Potsdam

Every summer there is a garden that my husband and I adore, this Palace was the summer residence of Frederick the Great which were built in the 18th century based with the King's idea. We went there though it's really hot summer time. The garden is enormously huge, the historic vineyard terraces which was preserved since 17th century until now, the most interesting is that the King's desired to be buried in his Sanssouci at the highest point of the vineyard terrace was completely granted since 1991.

My " Christmas Countdown "

We are dedicated to Christmas. I just started transplanting a Nordmann Fir, the most important varieties of 

Christmas Tree. When my husband and I visited International Green Week, we found an stunning variety of 

Abies nordmanniana, the foliage is so beautiful and there is no sharp needles  and eventually grabbed the 

potted plants so fast. There were only few left. Eventually, we make it as our Ornamental plants at home. 

Today is going to be our first countdown of Christmas, for everyday is Christmas in Germany.

World Fruit Produce

 Every year there's a trade fair known as Fruit Logistica, we visited the ICC Messe Berlin last February 2011. There were around 2,000 exhibitors and 84 represented countries.  The products on show are fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, dried fruits, herbs and spices, organic products, flowers and potted plants.  We just paid 16 euro for each entrance as a fee. The last day was the best time to come in this event. Believe it or not, all items are carried home for free.

We've missed the trade fair this year.  What's nice now, we can upload you tube videos in our blog.
