Baumbluetenfest in Werder Havel, The Water City

Finally, the event that we have been waiting for, The Blossom Tree Festival in Werder Havel.  Its only 36 minutes to Berlin Station and 7 minutes to Potsdam Central Station. We just bought ABC ticket.

The wonderful moment was when we arrived in Werder Havel, close around by the number of lakes known for high quality of water.  Werder popularly known " land where the water flows around "

In Spring, Werder is Germany's fruit growing areas, the sea fruit trees blooms. We are glad that on this special day we became part of how they celebrate the season.

There were wine growing in Werder. It's the closeness of the Havel lake and sandy soils contributed well for perfect vine growing and also the slope of southern and southeastern directions. The area is excellent for growing red wine such as Dornfelder and Regent. The sparkling wine Mueller-Thurgau comes from white grapes is very tasty and delicious.

The mind blowing fruits wine varieties strawberry, raspberry, plum, blackberry and more loads you might think that wont be possible.

We went to enjoy the beauty of  Werder 100 Years of Blossom Tree Festival. The surrounding village runs a stall line and offering their homemade blends. It was an amazing journey  where all Cherry Trees were lined up in the streets, in Germany we called it Havelblueten.
